Another year is ending. Its time to reflect on all the ways we lived into our vision statement “We Accept God’s Love and Give It Away”

Globally we have supported UMCOR, United Methodists Committee on Relief. They respond to natural disasters and crises wherever and whenever in the world they are needed. We hope in the coming year that we will officially become a part of their supply chain network.

We support the Hopi Missions Church and its outreach to the local Hopi nation community.

We support Tend My Sheep- Haiti, an agricultural mission striving to help the local community to become self-sufficient.

Locally we support the Karina Association that meets in our own building. They provide job training and more to young adults of differing abilities.

We have served breakfast at Manna House in Baltimore City. They assist homeless and persons in need with resources such as health care, breakfast, and job skills training.

We have provided the Prologue Homeless Outreach Center with hundreds of bagged lunches to be used during outreach activities. We also collected school supplies and Christmas gifts for the children they serve.

We have provided 11 children at Mays Chapel Elementary school with weekend backpacks of food and food for the winter and spring break so that they get adequate nutrition when school is not in session.

Our Sunday School youth have packed many emergency food bags to be given out to the homeless clients served by UCAN (United Churches Assistance Network) We have also provided gift cards for their clients to shop for groceries. Many non-perishable food items have been donated to the Cockeysville Food Pantry for delivery to clients in our community

We supported ACTC Assistance Center of Towson Churches with prepacked Thanksgiving meal bags and a monetary donation for perishable items to go with them.

None of this is possible without the love and generosity of our congregation. You are the hands and feet of God.
