Mission Focus
Prologue Homeless Outreach Program. Prologue Outreach workers meet the homeless in Baltimore County where they are. (Camps, shelters, airports, woods, etc.) Prologue provides needed resources to clients to help them return to a stable environment or at least make it through another day safely.
